In addition, the Litigation Attorney will be expected to handle depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Previous experience in litigating automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases is essential, and additional case experience in areas such as slip and fall, defective products, and more is a notable advantage. While plaintiff counsel experience is strongly preferred, the firm is open to considering candidates with relevant defense experience.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience and be admitted and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of MA while being in good standing.
