The ideal candidate will exhibit strong project management skills and possess an immediate transferable skill set, coupled with a robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.Duties:Draft and review litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Manage and participate in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Provide legal counsel and support on complex legal issues.Conduct legal research and analysis.Requirements:6+ years of experience as an attorney.Expertise in drafting litigation documents for health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.State and federal court experience is a plus.Strong project management skills.Immediately transferable skills.Robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Excellent drafting and legal research skills.Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
