Addiction and Mental Health Worker (Nights), Transitional Residence Full-Time, Contract (End date: February 28, 2024) London, Ontario - Application Deadline: August 24, 2023 - In this role, you will support clients in our Transitional Residential Treatment Facility program. As a member of our team, you will work with residents to build life skills, grow their personal strengths and ultimately, achieve greater wellness and independence. Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 2 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC. WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: What you'll be making - $22.33 to $25.71 per hour (Practicing Professional Grid) The above are initial rates; with grid increases as per policy Internal staff members will be placed on the appropriate grid based on their current rate of pay, up to Level 8 of the grid (see Intranet Policy - bit. ly/Compensation Policy Pg16 ) When you'll work - 70 hours over two-week period, night shifts (including weekends) Your pension plan - Optional enrolment in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) PSLRTA Notice - T his posting characterizes this position as currently non-union.
