Visit rotman. utoronto. ca Your opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Program Services and Student Life, the Associate Director, Program Services is responsible for the development and delivery of services supporting students and instructors in the Professional MBA and Specialized Programs and for ensuring strong relationships among staff, students, faculty and the general university community. The Associate Director is responsible for both student and academic services for the Professional MBA and Specialized Programs and contributes to the leadership of the Program Services Office overall, through activities such as strategic planning, program and event development, feedback sessions and communications. With senior responsibility for liaising with students and instructors, the incumbent focuses on the integration of the Rotman School of Management’s academic mission with the services provided by the Program Services Office. They ensure student engagement in appropriate Program Services policy and process decisions, measuring and advocating the effectiveness of services provided to students. The incumbent represents the department on various student committees and councils where appropriate Your responsibilities will include: Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance Planning and developing educational programs and courses independently Planning.
