Join LEMOINE as a Restoration Mitigation Manager and play a pivotal role in the Disaster division. Your expertise in demolition, restoration, and construction will be key to maintaining our commitment to quality workmanship, meeting deadlines, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the customer, technical leads, and technical program staff to meet contract and project staffing and performance needs. Manage/report schedule, cost, scope, and quality. Support QA and monitoring operations/risks, and responsiveness. Task planning, preparation, execution, and establishing/monitoring baseline/metrics. Schedules technicians, subcontractors, and general laborers on projects and assists crew members when needed to ensure work is completed on time and accurately. Complete scopes of work, measurements, moisture readings, pictures, and other field notes for commercial mitigation projects. Respond to jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and WAFRT standards. Works daily with Lead Technicians and Supervisors on completing scheduled losses. Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials. Including but not limited to Temporary Labor selection, Equipment procurement and inventory, On-site management, Paperwork accuracy, and Quality Control. Knowledge of disaster restoration industry and/or construction industry required. Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Disaster Recovery, Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of professional experience. IICRC Certifications: ASD - Applied Structural Drying Technician, F SRT - Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT - Odor Control Technician, and WRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician. (Preferred) Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and software programs. Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company , is looking for a Restoration Mitigation Manager. The Restoration Mitigation Manager is responsible for managing teams of restoration technicians and craft labor with a high level of performance for water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, tarping/board up, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to LEMOINE and industry specifications. All in an effort to minimize risk and to keep focus on LEMOINE's Foundations for Successful Execution.
