Coverage Needed ASAP - Ongoing Monday - Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts 6 Call Shifts a month Schedule 6:45 am - 3:15 pm with a half hour lunch or 6:45 am - 5:15 am with a half hour lunch Weekend Call Friday 3:00 pm or 7:00 pm to Monday 7:00 am Monday - Thursday call is 7:00 am - 7:00 am Clinical Details Trauma Level 4 Facility Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 5 OR's, 2 Procedure Rooms Primarily Adult patients, pediatrics are transferred out Beeper Call If provider is on weeknight call they will covering a room during the day Monday - Friday OR's operate from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with first cases starting at 7:30 am 2 rooms run until 5:00 pm and 3 rooms run until 3:00 pm during the week One call team available after 5:00 pm on weekdays, holidays, and weekends Requirements Active MI License NBCRNA certification ACLS and BLS Must have at least 1 + years experience Must be able to cover a level 4 Trauma Facility with heavy General Surgery, GYN, and Labor and Deliver Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases Adult, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases Clean background with No Disciplinary Actions and No Malpractice Required EMR MediTech
