Job Description - Data Entry/Analyst for PDS Team 3 days minimum in office Assist Program Demand Specialist (PDS) team with data entry. - updating sales order data (ship dates, pricing, parts, etc) - verifying data is correct for all shipsets using Excel and other reports - running reports to support PDS team - master data maintenance (customer codes, ship to addresses, etc) Required Skills - Intermediate to Advanced user with Excel - Microsoft Office programs/Outlook - SAP experience - Analytical skills/attention to detail SAP/Excel/Pivot tables/vlookup/features and functionsMost of the work will entitle gathering information and providing charts based on request.The team will show them how to collect the data from our ERP system. 70% creating charts and analysis and 30% data entry. Pacific timezones
