Desktop Support Technician (Onsite) We have an immediate need for a contract Desktop Support Technician to join a world-class academic medical center. The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the support of the user community at the hospitals and clinic locations. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) This job expects to pay about $25 – 30 per hour plus benefits. What You Will Do: Provide support for all users experiencing problems with desktop hardware, software, and other computer related technology with the primary focus as follows: imaging of PCs, Laptops and MACs using SCCM and Casper. Analyzing and performing maintenance and repairing of personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals for enterprise customers. Installation of printers. Activation of network ports including desktop patching in IDF. Assisting remote users and remote sites including user and departmental moves as required. What Gets You The Job: High school diploma Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
