POSITION SUMMARY The role of Performance Dietitian is to help maintain Momentous’ position at the forefront of high performance. A background working in professional/collegiate sport or with elite military units and understanding how food and supplementation can influence outcomes is required. This unique role will serve as a subject matter expert in dietetics and assist in driving our company’s continuous pursuit of innovation. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Educate our team, our customers, and our partners:● Support the Human Performance function as a subject matter expert● Create customer product education on performance, recovery and long termoptimization focused on a food first, supplement second mindset● Facilitate employee education on our products and their use cases and act as aconsultative resource to the product, marketing, customer experience, government, andsales teams● Aid customer service on more in-depth problem solving where an RD is neededResearch:● Conduct literary reviews of expert research on supplements and sports nutrition to stayup to date on HP trends and best practices● Build and maintain a library of literature in support of current and future productsNetwork:● Continue to build on and extend our Registered Dietitian network with the military and inpro and collegiate sports● Act as a resource for our practitioner network to further their understanding of ourproducts and ingredients QUALIFICATIONS: ● Master’s Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or Exercise Physiology● Registered Dietitian is preferred (RD is required)● Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) preferred● 4+ years’ experience in a collegiate or professional sports nutrition environment● Experience in food service● Ability to read and understand clinical research● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-pacedenvironment● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work BENEFITS: ● Our fast-paced, high growth environment creates a strong opportunity for professionaldevelopment born from evolving experiences● Competitive cash compensation plus employee stock options● Health/Vision/Dental● Unlimited PTO● Generous set of observed holidays (16 days of office closure in 2024)● $1,000 annual perks program to support a high performance lifestyle● Access to $2,400 worth of Momentous products and merchandise annually, and agenerous employee discount for anything beyond that LOCATION: This is a hybrid position based out of our Park City, Utah office.
