COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY) BASE: $320K+ Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top! Relocation - $30,000 + Sign on - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2 year mark Educational assistance: Yes Yearly Base Increase up to 5% PTO: Yes + 400 hour carry over/or payout of not used. PLUS: 13 Paid holidays CME: Paid + Time Off Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, 401K, Disability+ RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS C & A Psychiatry (PSY 50% Adult / 50% Child 2-hour for child 1.5-hours for adults 4- or 5-day work week your choice! Patients daily: 14-(8-hour day) 18-(10-hour Day) QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS C & A Psychiatry (PSY) BC/BE or Fellowed in C & A COMMUNITY C & A Psychiatry (PSY) Anchorage encompasses incredible adventures and metropolitan appeals.
