If you're passionate about working with basic technology equipment, ensuring quality, and embracing a culture of continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!What We Can Offer You: * Competitive wages starting at $17.50/hour for Sr Production Operators + 20% Shift Differential * Total Rewards Program offering competitive health and financial benefits * Generous time off: 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, 1 volunteer day, 11 holidays * Tuition assistance for educational pursuits * Air-conditioned workspace * Paid lunch breaksWhat You Will Do: * Precision Packaging: Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton. * Tech Operation Expert: Start up, operate, and shut down basic technology manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly/production machines and processes with finesse. * Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections following Panduit's quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. * Safety First: Prioritize safety by following Panduit's safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all. * Waste Elimination: Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities, eliminating waste, and optimizing efficiency.What You Will Bring: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment * Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly * Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring tools * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shiftReady to embark on a fulfilling journey with us?
