Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA counterparts on functional design and analysis of requirementsDesign and develop a product in a metadata-driven development environmentCreate and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an OO framework and class modeling Create and maintain reliable automated testsTroubleshoot customer reported issuesMentor and learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, knowledge sharing, hackathons, etc About You Basic Qualifications 5 years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus3 yeas of OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc...Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience Other Qualifications Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)Experience with front-end development using React, Angular or similar technologies is highly desirableMust have experience developing REST APIMust be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skillsExperience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
