Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner We are looking for an experienced Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. This position will provide mental health support to pregnant and postpartum women, as well as their families. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of perinatal mental health issues and be able to provide evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities: Provide individualized mental health services to clients in the perinatal period backss and diagnose mental health concerns in pregnant and postpartum women Develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client Lead group therapy sessions for pregnant and postpartum women Provide psychoeducation on topics related to perinatal mental health Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology with a specialization in Perinatal Mental Health Licensed or license-eligible as a clinical social worker, psychologist, marriage & family therapist, or professional counselor Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pregnant and postpartum women preferred Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) preferred Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly explain concepts related to perinatal mental health issues Commitment to providing quality care with compassion and empathy for clients individual needs.
