About the job Context eCommerce is key to the three GBUs, as highlighted in:#1 The Digital Strat Plan Must Win program: "Best in class eCommerce, US First"#2 Digital Tower November 2023 validated objectives for '24:Get to Best-in-Class Sanofi US OneShopSimplify US Landscape (bus & tech) Mandate: The Product Owner (PO) has ultimate accountability and responsibility to realize business transformation and value generation with business stakeholders.Key projects for this role in 2024:Lead successful completion of US Automate Program (H1)Drive assessment of US Vaccines eCommerce Landscape to identify opportunities for simplification (for ex. Unify). Support decommissioningSupport the US Senior Product Owner in Best-in-Class US OneShop two-foldContribute to OneShop Product Vision & Backlog Refinement identifying Epics & Features required for US B2B market placeLead the Vaccines program to cutover to US OneShopThe role will work closely with Digital CX experts, Digital US team, Digital Product eCommerce teams and eCommerce business teams, being an expert on US eCommerce digital products & innovations. Key responsibilities: The Product Owner (PO) ultimate accountability and responsibility is to deliver a workable product that delivers business value, every sprint. The PO is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. (S)He has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.Owns the "Product" from a "What" and "Why" perspective (accountable for vision and requirements) for their specified product, or component (if multiple delivery teams involved in solution delivery)Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, aligning with the overall goals from the businessCan negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital TowersWorks closely and owns relationship with Customer ExperienceOwns backlog prioritization of workCreates requirements and Jira storiesKeeps the vision of the product up to dateOwns of roadmap and sprint prioritiesEnsures follow up and reporting of KPIEnsures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirementsClosely work with business owner to define the product vision, roadmap and prioritize the most valuable features to deploy for customers and company.Have a high passion to understand the internal and external customers' needs, and always motivate team members to work on the valuable delivery.Enjoy working with diverse groups of people and toward a common goal.
