Requirements: Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills. LPN/LVN *Requirements: Must have at least 1-year exp-acute care exp (hospital setting) required. Must have exp with patient ratios of 1:5. Must have epic charting experience. BLS through AHA. Must have epic charting experience. Float required.
