Electronics Manufacturing company is looking for SMT Operators. 2nd shift. 230p-11pwill train on first for a few weeks. About the job: FULL-TIME/TEMPORARY (POSSIBILITY FOR PERMANENT) JOB FUNCTION: As a Surface Mount Equipment Operator you will be responsible for loading materials for production, adjusting machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating SMT equipment in face paced environment LANGUAGE: English proficiency is required SKILLS: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ESD, SPC, IPC-A-610 Read and comprehend process documentation including bills of materials and assembly drawings Great verbal and written communication skills Component identification ability Well organized with the ability to keep count of parts RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines Setup and operation of automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens Perform manual component placement and inspection Perform detailed quality inspection of PCB's Perform routine machine maintenance PDN-9b725dcc-e5b6-4649-8e38-c084e45057ad
