As our Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Typical day as our Support Worker Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans. Support customers who have varying mental health support needs. Some of our customers can have extremely complex needs, which may have not been diagnosed yet. Helping customers with daily living activities such as shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting, safeguarding and regular reviews Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here!
