At Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Bartender… We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time (32 hours per week), across a minimum of 3 to 4 shifts per week (all hours worked are paid for). Being flexible would be a great plus as we are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We will be there to support you each step of the way, encouraging you to thrive in your role and develop additional skills within the wider Hotel! We are paying £11.55 per hour (£24,024.00 per annum), all hours worked paid for. As a Bartender your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting birdtails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service! To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and birdtails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience! A personal license (highly beneficial) Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team! So why work for us (aside from joining an awesome team…)?
