The RoleAlcority has grown rapidly over the past several years and now has a need to mature its internal operations in order to enable future growth. Maturing internal operations includes bridging gaps to best practices, automating manual processes, realizing higher quality service outputs, and other benefits. Alcority is looking for a highly-motivated individual contributor who can help lead, launch and run the Operational Excellence Program across all service functions. The Operational Excellence Program will focus on realizing meaningful and measurable improvements in service quality and efficiency, as well as establishing a culture of continuous process improvement. The Program Lead will be responsible for creating the entire program including processes, technology, cross-platform coordination, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, can run global programs with little oversight, has a Lean Six Sigma background, and is driven to continually improve the business.Responsibilities: * Create and launch a new Operational Excellence Program, including methodologies, processes, technologies, cross-platform coordination, and reporting. * Lead the Operational Excellence Program, focusing on continuous process improvement across all service functions. * Serve as the accountable leader for the program, reporting to the Alcority COO. * Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements. Improvements could be realized across a broad range of solutions including elimination of non value-add process steps, automation of process steps, modification of wasteful processes / policies, combining duplicative processes, etc. * Responsible for tracking initial opportunities including baseline analyses (e.g., time studies, value stream mapping, etc) in order to determine potential benefit. Quantify potential benefits and sets associated metrics for success. * Responsible for managing improvement projects (i.e., owns the initiative from ideation through completion). * Create dashboards and reports to track quantifiable improvements in process quality and/or efficiency. * Create a culture of continuous improvement. Is seen as the internal champion for driving the culture. * Think creatively about possibilities for improvements. Is well-informed on tools in the marketplace that could help realize process improvements. * Comfortable working toward, and being measured by, annual process improvement metricsQualifications:Required Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field * 5-7 years' experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or similar functions * Experience working in a managed service company. * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Green Belt with 5-7 years of related experience. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. Is comfortable presenting to an executive audience. * Experience with technologies associated with process analysis, improvement, and ongoing monitoring. * Is flexible and can easily accommodate changes to business strategy and/or technologies. * Travel Required: 25%Preferred Qualifications: * Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
