The Role: As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in reporting issues to maintain high service standards. Necessary training will be privided, including in-house sessions and external courses. Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor clients infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality. Serve as the primary contact for customer support. Swiftly diagnose reported issues to uphold a high level of service. Undertake diverse duties in IT service provision, including system setup and installation. Requirements: Previously worked as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role. Proven experience in a second-line support role. Familiarity with printers, including basic configuration, scan-to-folder, networking, and deployment. Skilled in Windows clients and servers, networking, Microsoft 365. Anti-virus and firewall experience. Beneficial Exchange administration skills.
