Our directorate covers a broad range of sites and high-quality teams, each playing a vital role in delivering exceptional mental health care across all ages in inpatient, community, and general hospitals, drug and alcohol services, and prevention and health promotion teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive clinical governance and leadership, ensuring adherence to national mental health standards and legislative frameworks. Develop culturally appropriate services that embrace interventions such as traditional healing. Collaborate with the mental health management team to align strategies with Commonwealth, State, and WACHS mental health initiatives. Lead a dynamic team of doctors, providing mentorship, overseeing training, managing administrative functions, conducting workforce planning, and coordinating leave schedules. Depending on your area of psychiatric expertise and service requirements, join the team on the ground and have some clinical responsibilities.
