As Research and Analytics Officer, you will provide strategic support to a wide range of projects and activities in the Postgraduate Medical Education Office. Your well-developed data extraction, manipulation and analytical skills will support the creation of analytics and data visualizations to support departments, residency and fellowship programs and ongoing program evaluation within PGME. As part of our core mandate for continuous quality improvement, you play a key role in the ongoing collection, production and analysis of medical education learning experience/environment data to inform ongoing improvements to the learner environment. You will also play an important role in our liaison with partner teaching sites in the collection and reporting on medical trainee days in Ontario. In addition, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing complex statistical reports, including assisting with analysis of survey results, analysis and reporting on key performance measures and assisting with other projects and analysis.
