Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Derbyshire Mental Health Helpline and Support Service Ripley Town Hall, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT Monday to Sunday 24/7 Shifts £26.50ph Weekdays, £31ph Saturdays and Nights, £35ph Sundays and Bank Holidays• An innovative collaborative developing Service within Derbyshire providing a 24/7 open access helpline for an all age, all need service for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. • The helpline team consists of staff from our Third Sector Organisation P3, as well as Clinical staff from Derbyshire Health care. Working alongside the P3 workers are advisors from Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health who specialise in supporting children and young people. • The team promotes a dynamic and innovative way of working, providing a triage function and crisis response for individuals coming into contact with Emergency services. • The Clinical team works closely with Derbyshire Police, East Midland Ambulance Service and Social care, as part of the Joined Up Care Derbyshire programme. • The service further delivers timely and responsive face to face backssments where indicated. • The Team works closely with the New Safe haven that has opened in Derby which is run by the Charity Richmond Fellowship where individuals can be referred in to who will offer further one-to-one support. • The service provides local residents with direct access to the very best mental health care and support. • The Service encompasses the NHS principle; right care, right time and right place. • We hold regular interface meetings with all our partner Agencies to review and evaluate the Service. • The Service encourages working relationships with service users and local Derbyshire residents.
