Salary Range Dependent upon qualifications Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $3.48/hour Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $4.16/hour Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $34/hour $300 per contact/completed assessment via telehealth $400 per completed assessment via face to face Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour About Us The mission of Canvas Health is to bring hope, healing, and recovery to people's lives. Position Summary This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. Qualifications Clinician Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, family therapy, or psychology required. MN licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPCC, LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) with emphasis on clinical practice and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities required. Clinical Trainee Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology with emphasis on clinical practice. Will consider practitioner enrolled in a Master's program or bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance or is serving a federally recognized tribe and if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience. Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth.
