A DAY IN THE LIFE As the Senior Accountant , you will review and finalize financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end financials . You will also act as a team lead, supervising Staff Accountants to perform all accounting functions as required while meeting appropriate deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT 4+ years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experience BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1+ years of experience as a team lead Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Office suite Strong data analytics, computer, and typing skills Familiarity with commercial rea l estate, construction/development, or multi-family/multi-unit accounting is a plus but not required . You should also be able to demonstrate above-average attention to detail with a strong commitment to completing tasks on time . WORK SCHEDULE This position is full-tim e and onsite daily .
