M iss O uri S melting T echnology Inc., a Toyota Tsusho America Group Company , has immediate openings for full time, direct hire positions for Tolling Operator. Who We Are: MOST is a secondary aluminum recycler that receives, processes, and melts aluminum to produce high quality molten and solid products for use by other industries, including the production of automobile parts. Experience: 2 years min. commercial driving experience; combined w/ ability to operate forklift. Licenses: Current CDL class A Responsibilities: included but not limited to use forklift to load trailer with material, d rive tractor-trailer to and from plant to customer site, w eigh in/out on truck scale, d rive tractor-trailer inside Plant and dump load. Shift: Swing shift with a set rotation working all shifts. Starting Pay $19.05 and up; current top out $23.30/hr. Night shift differential (7p-7a) Raises every 90 days, automatic, no testing required Health Insurance eff. 90 days 401k Profit Sharing Annual Bonuses Program Life Insurance: 2x Annual Salary - Company Paid Short Term Disability - Company Paid Long Term Disability - Company Paid **Health Insurance Detail Medical Bi-Weekly Employee Only $12.50 / Family $72.00 Vision Employee only $1.25 /Family $3.70 Dental Employee only $2.50 / Family $8.91
