We are hiring for Elite Service Now who is seeking a Service Now Advisory Consultant for a remote position, based in the UK. With a focus on people, stability, flexibility, and teamwork, our client has completed over thousands of implementations and offers a world-class managed services experience. As an Advisory Consultant, you will ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client business goals and objectives. Leveraging industry best practices, Service Now guidance, and real-world experience, you will design solutions addressing service management dimensions. Responsibilities include establishing trusted advisor relationships, understanding client objectives, creating roadmaps, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support post-sales. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, contributing to best practices, and mentoring team members. Requirements:5+ years' experience in ITSMITIL 4 Foundation Certification3+ years' experience with the Service Now platform Enterprise consulting experience with program team management Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to guide and coach leadership teams with transformational efforts Familiarity with Organizational Change Management methodologies Willingness to travel 50 of the time Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Business Management Service Now Implementor Certifications ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager Certification Experience in Business Process consulting roles The organisation is willing to offer a basic salary of 100-110K per annum with an amazing benefits package in top.
