Job Title: Senior birdtail Bartender Our client is a luxury retail brand who are opening their first restaurant which will be located in heart of Mayfair. The café will be based within a retail shop and can seat up to 40 people at any one time. The bar will offer a wide range of beverages whilst will their birdtail menu/offerings will be taking centre stage Senior birdtail Bartender benefits: • Competitive salary starting from £32,500 + £8,000 in tronc• Close to Oxford Circus and Bond Street station. • 40 hour working week - 9PM LATEST FINISH• Adventurous birdtail lists that frequently change. • 28 days holiday per year. • Generous pension schemes. • Uniform & meals whilst on duty. • input of all beverage menu / designs. Bar Manager requirements: • A Senior birdtail Bartender who has an in-depth birdtail knowledge. • The successful candidate will be working directly under the bar manager. Therefore, they need a candidate who is confident in running the bar, ordering stock and training junior members of the team. • All applicants should have a stable and proven employment history. • Great communication, flair and efficiency are all skills they are a must for this role.
