Aesthetic Doctor Job Description This Harley Street Clinic is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Aesthetic Doctor to join their dynamic team of specialized clinicians. This role is a commission share on all treatments preformed of 20-25%. Responsibilities Conduct consultations and perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, and more. Oversee and supervise other aesthetic practitioners to ensure the safe and effective delivery of treatments. Maintain accurate and organized patient records in accordance with Good Medical Practice standards. Lead the development of innovative and exclusive non-surgical treatments for the clinic. Qualifications Essential Must be GMC registered, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience after qualification. Proficient in injecting and laser techniques. Completed all mandatory training requirements. Enthusiastic, quality-driven, and motivated to grow with the business. Extensive knowledge of safe practice. Excellent bedside manner to establish patient trust and comfort. Preferred Advantageous to have a background as a GP or Dermatologist. Previous managerial experience, preferably in the field of aesthetic medicine. Regular engagement in the research culture of aesthetic medicine, staying informed of industry developments and identifying new treatments/services for the clinic.
