We are seeking an experienced aesthetics doctor with a substantial portfolio. It is crucial that applicants possess more than just brief training courses, but rather have practical experience working in a clinic or similar setting. Ideal candidates should have full GMC registration (preferred) or full GDC registration. Payment will be on a contractor basis, with a fixed rate of 20% that will not increase. The selected doctor will have exclusive rights to practice aesthetics within a 40-mile radius of Birmingham (non-compete). This is a minimum 2-year contract, requiring a minimum of 4 clinics per month. The scheduling of clinics will be flexible and based on the availability of all doctors. As our clinic gains popularity, there will be opportunities for increased days and further in-house training on our techniques, skin treatments, and devices. The duration of their tenure with us will also afford them the chance to expand their skillset beyond injectables and explore more advanced treatments in line with their interests. Candidates must be confident in cross-selling and upselling to clients. Ethical work practices and adherence to our natural-looking enhancement style are mandatory.
