This role requires a confident decision-maker with a deep passion for overcoming the challenges inherent in delivering care in rural and remote locations, particularly for the distinctive and diverse populations of the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-level clinical leadership and strategic direction for Mental Health Services in the Central Australia Region. Collaborate with the Mental Health Service Leadership Team and report to the General Manager, Mental Health Services NT Health - Central Australia Region. Lead and support successful change initiatives, implementing contemporary models of service delivery. Foster a dynamic and inclusive multi-disciplinary environment, showcasing high-level leadership and managerial skills. Actively contribute to the vibrant community of Alice Springs and the surrounding areas.
