Area Retirement Manager Covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and London (hybrid) Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Salary circa £40,000 pa dependent on skills and experience, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong We have a fantastic job opportunity to join our Leasehold Team as an Area Retirement Manager here at Home Group! As our Area Retirement Manager, you’ll manage and maintain our leasehold retirement schemes, where our residents live independently and socialise in our communal areas. A self-starter with a creative spark, you’ll manage and maintain our schemes to a high standard, identifying repairs and improvements, enabling a vibrant community where our customers choose to live. Typical day as an Area Retirement Manager You’ll provide a consistently high-quality professional service to our leaseholders across your area of influence, ensuring properties are safe, secure and communities are thriving. Delivery through your team of core housing services including resales, anti-social behaviour management, arrears, health and safety, repairs, complaints and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage leasehold budgets and in year spend, meeting legislative requirements. Your teams will work with your customer group to ensure that appropriate action is taken to support and safeguard, identify aids and adaptations required, consult with customers on scheme budgets and ensure they can access our services. You’ll collaborate with our Maintenance colleagues on informed planned work programmes, Fire Risk backssments and repairs.
