Job Title: Mobilisation Consultant Location: Remote and travel to client sites Day Rate: £400.00 Per Day Overview of the role As a Mobilisation Consultant, your key responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth transition and commencement of a new contract, supporting a global facilities management business during the mobilisation phase. This position is an interim, spanning a duration of three months. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead end-to-end mobilisation for new Facilities Management contracts, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with project objectives. Contract Transition: Oversee service transfers, implementing best practices and solutions to optimise mobilisation processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and providing regular updates for transparency and satisfaction. Compliance and TUPE: Ensure adherence to regulations and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of TUPE in contract mobilisation. Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the mobilisation team, conduct training sessions, and create a collaborative, results-driven environment. Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in a Mobilisation Consultant role within Facilities Management. In-depth knowledge of mobilising FM contracts and familiarity with TUPE regulations. Strong project management skills with a successful track record in contract transitions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
