They are seeking someone to join and lead their well-established team as a Team lead – Outpatients. As an Outpatients Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical and operational leadership to the outpatient and pre backssment department. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless, high-quality service for all patients and consultants within the clinic. Your responsibilities include: Leading the development of outpatients and pre backssment service, collaborate with consultants, other healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure effective care is delivered. You will monitor patient outcomes and ensure follow-up care is provided to patients. You will provide flexibility around business requirements and oversee the scheduling of patient appointments. As an Outpatients manager you will act as a role model and support figure for those around you.
