The primary objective of this role is to lead and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient patient care. The incumbent will inspire and guide staff to embrace and implement integrated, person-centred care and service delivery models for Cancer Care Manitoba (CCMB). The Patient Services Manager is accountable for providing patient-centric operational management in a financially responsible manner. Collaboration with leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders is essential to support patients accessing quality cancer services. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate patient care through the clinical quality framework and a patient-centric approach.
