This role is for a mental health support worker, supporting one female in her 20’s with mental health problems and autism. This is a full-time temporary to permanent role. This role is based in Frimley and is holding interviews ASAP to start at the end of January. Benefits of a Support Worker Mental Health Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts per week 36 hours days or nights overtime is available. Rate starting from £11.00 – £ 13.00 per hour PAYE ONLY – all based on experience. Temporary to permanent opportunity. Holiday Allowance Training & Development and senior progression. Requirements as a Support Worker Mental Health Previous experience working with mental health and complex needs. Happy to work 12-hour shifts and sometimes weekends. Great passion and empathy for challenging needs Must hold a UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Enhanced adult's and child’s DBS on the update service – Adults can be considered. Responsibilities as a Support Worker Mental Health To support the client’s emotional well-being. To assist with daily tasks such as activity plans and finance audits. Help promote student’s physical independence as well as emotional. Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately. Keeping a safe environment within a social care environment To communicate with other staff members to carry out programs to ensure effective and emotional support.
