Job Function This role works in a collaborative environment, interacting with various stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing web pages for our external and internal facing websites. Updating & maintaining the website to ensure the user experience is seamless and engaging. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements, propose innovative design solutions and implement them through web development. Job Description External Website: Create web designs and incorporate them into the website for the purpose of improving the user experience of the website, providing the public with information and promoting marketing campaigns. Improve the Search Engine Optimization of the website to increase organic search result performance. Identify areas of opportunity for improvement on user experience and accessibility compliance using accessibility checker and heatmapping tools. Become a subject matter expert on the website to do administrative tasks such as creating new subsites, reorganizing website navigation and creating redirects. Internal website: Create new webpages as needed by internal communications. Keep the website up to date with information updates. Responsibilities: User-Centric Design: using heatmapping tools to conduct research, creating wireframes and mockups that align with the company's brand and user's.
