POSITION: IT Support/Specialist LOCATION: Montréal, QC H3S 1Z4 SCHEDULE: hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days remote - M-F, 8-hour shift JOB SUMMARY: The IT Specialist’s role is to provide technical support and assistance to the CPP corporate team and partner clinics. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site. Note: This job is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work both remotely and on-site as required. The candidate will need to have a reliable home office setup, strong technology skills, and flexibility to work on-site when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support to CPP corporate team and partner clinics Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our computer systems and software Respond to tickets submitted in a timely and efficient manner Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software. Continuously improve IT infrastructure by identifying and addressing areas for improvement Support CPP team and clinics as necessary when issues arise ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in IT support or related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and features, including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, and Microsoft Teams Familiarity with Printer Logic and Ninja RMM Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and basic networking concepts Word Press experience – preferred but not required Strong understanding of email routing and.
