A Hospitalist Physician Internal Medicine practice is seeking a qualified physician for Amarillo, TX. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Medical Doctors Only Apply. Hospitalist Amarillo, TX Northwest Texas Healthcare System is recruiting Hospitalists for employed positions. The hospital is recruiting for both staff Hospitalists as well as a Medical Director position. Work schedule will be seven on/seven off with 12-hour shifts. Hospitalists average 18 to 20 patient encounters per shift. Intensivist and specialist backup available. Candidates MUST be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, and MUST be able to run central lines. Compensation package includes a competitive base salary with bonus, benefits and other possible incentives.
