Position Overview: The Transport and Trade Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and support of Europe's compliance programs and practices to ensure that the organization complies with transportation and trade related regulatory requirements and internal company policies. What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day: Support and respond to compliance questions regarding sanctions, antitrust, antibribery, controlled exports, customs, cargo security programs, and others. Assist with monitoring of internal compliance controls and audits. Work closely with global and regional team members to develop compliance procedures and represent the department as a subject matter expert. Provide consultation and support in matters of Dangerous Goods and Safety. Serve as a key contact supporting internal stakeholders in the Third Party Risk Management Program using AIT’s Vendor Risk Management System and other internal and external data sources. Perform initial and ongoing diligence of AIT service providers to ensure regulatory compliance. Complete supplier and customer related compliance documents and questionnaires. Assist with transportation and trade related licensure, registrations, and accreditations for AIT Europe. Partner with business unit owners to ensure comprehension of regulatory policies and help develop processes in compliance with the requirements. Effectively complete special projects assigned as dictated by business needs.
