Job summary This position is responsible for providing support to the Constituency Services team and the OMA’s physician lead Constituency Groups. Under the direction of the Senior Director, Physician Leader Engagement, the Senior Administrator provides support by organizing meetings requested by physician leaders, ensuring virtual meetings are working seamlessly, distributing notice of meetings and other meeting related documents to participants, tracking action items and triaging requests for information across OMA. The Senior Administrator also plays an important role is coordinating the payment of physician leader honoraria and meeting/event related expenses. How you will make a difference Providing responsible, diversified administrative support to the Senior Director, Constituency Services team and OMA Constituency Groups In conjunction with other constituency support staff, providing a broad range of administrative and organizational support to physician leaders and executives, such as filing, record keeping, agenda preparation, minute taking, distributing materials ahead of meetings, etc. Compiling data to track concerns raised by various physician groups and tracking OMA led engagement activities with various physician groups Leading the management and coordination of the departments customer relationship management accounts (Salesforce), ensuring inquiries are responded to and service level standards are maintained Providing logistical and administrative support for consultations with various physician groups.
