Job Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse Location: Savannah, GA 31404 Shift: Full-Time, Days & Nights > 12 Hour Shifts / Weekend Rotation Salary: $58,718-$88,088/year based on experience We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a Med/Surg RN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth flow of patient care processes. If you are a motivated and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position. Responsibilities: Maintain overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients, providing comprehensive care throughout their stay. Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging admissions, testing, and discharges. Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Instruct patients and their families regarding medications and treatment plans. Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed. Requirements: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse with a valid license. Bachelor’s degree in nursing, associate degree in nursing, or Registered Nurse Diploma. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Med/Surg setting. Relocation Assistance : $5,000 for candidates relocating over 250 miles. $2,500 for candidates relocating over 50 miles. Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 sign-on bonus.
