Altamaha Health Center is hiring CNA, LPN AND RN to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. SIGN ON BONUS: $3,000 for Full-Time CNA, $5000 for LPN & RN All new hires must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have a medical or religious accommodation before you start . Requirements: The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
