Enjoy Work/Life balance! Full-time 35 hours per week . NOT remote Are you tired of working holidays, nights and weekends? Are you looking for work/life balance? Bilingual hourly pay rate is 6% more. Seeking team player to work as a full-time RN for our Adult Family Care (AFC) Program. No nights, weekends or holidays. Responsible for nursing assessment, screening and evaluation of potential participants and care providers living in the community. Participates in team decisions matching eligible participants and families. Develops, implements, and monitors participants' nursing care plans. Provides healthcare training and education to program participants and foster families. Reviews clients' plans of care in conjunction with the primary care physician semi-annually for accuracy and updates. No hands-on care or heavy lifting required. Minimum Qualifications: Valid MA RN license, BS in Nursing or Human Services preferred but not required. Minimum one year experience, preferably in community-based setting. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Spanish fluency helpful but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but NOT required. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) If you are employed by a not-for-profit organization such as GSSSI, you may be eligible for the PSLF Program for student loans. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
