We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. We are seeking a Residential Program Trainee or Worker who will provide direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare. Various Shifts Available. Education High School diploma or GED Experience Age 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation. Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Certifications & Licenses Valid driver's license, good driving record, driver for 3 years, preferred.
