A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD QUALIFIER /RESEARCH REPRESENTATIVE As a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative / Lead Qualifier, you assist multiple clients with their sales and marketing efforts. With efficiency, you research online to gather information and qualify business prospects according to specific criteria defined by the sales team. Through both outbound calls and email, you reach out to leads from the web and prioritized lists to educate the prospects on software products while building a good rapport. Using our customer relationship management (CRM) software, you update records with the results from your research and phone calls. Driven and goal-oriented, you meet daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time, and lead production. Motivated and goal-oriented, you enjoy the challenge and, after everything you have learned in this entry-level position, are looking forward to a successful career in sales! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD QUALIFIER /RESEARCH REPRESENTATIVE High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate web-based software Basic mathematical skills Excellent communication skills in English Strong sales acumen and interest in pursuing a career in sales Are you good at balancing your time effectively between different tasks without getting lost in one?
