Montare Behavioral Health is currently hiring for a Group Facilitator for our San Fernando Valley locations! (Encino / Tarzana) The Group Facilitator is responsible for motivating residents to engage in, and participate in all elements of the treatment process, including but not limited to, education groups, treatment planning, individual counseling, etc. FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Primary Focus: Run process, psycho-educational, 12 step and other groups Create content on various topics Chart on groups in EMR Conducting Assessments as needed Conducting Case Management as needed Attend meetings as needed Qualifications AMFT, ASW, APCC or equivalent. At least one year of experience in running/leading therapy groups, family groups, psycho-e d u ca t i o n a l groups, and individual counseling/case management. Hiring Requirements: Hiring is contingent upon completion of a TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Current First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire. For the mental health and eating disorder programs additional requirements include receiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance or an exemption and a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508). Montare Behavioral Health requires employees to be vaccinated with exceptions only as required by law (i.e. medical or religion).
