YOUR LIFE AS A LANDSCAPING FOREMAN The typical schedule for this landscape crew position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with overtime seasonally on Saturdays . As a Landscaping Foreman, you play an essential role in ensuring jobs are done efficiently and effectively. Leading a two-person crew, you inspire them to take pride in their work and produce quality results. Within the allotted time scheduled, you delegate tasks to your crew members including pruning bushes, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns. To maintain an efficient operation, you fill out time and material sheets for projects. With you on our team, each crew member knows where they need to be and what needs to get done. You take great pride in helping to beautify and improve your community! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 5+ years of landscaping supervisory experience Valid driver's license Clean driving record Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC. Spanish is preferred but not required, as well as irrigation experience and chemical knowledge.
