Production Support Operator: Sets up and uses various machines for tasks involving sets of printed material, pamphlets, books and other finishing operations of business forms Checks for quality, counts or measures out job, in pre determined numbers. Wraps product in plastic using shrink-wrap machine, packs, labels and boxes products for final shipping Rough/Finish Cutting, Collating, Folding, Stitching, Perfing/Scoring Inputs information on computer for job/operation completion Cycle count as time and personnel allow Assist 40" offset press operator Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates should have the following: Attention to detail Basic computer knowledge Experience working in a print production facility or shop Quality conscious with good organizational skills Productivity skills a must Excellent attendance Lifting requirements: up to 50 lbs Pass a background check and drug screen General hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Starting hourly base pay $17.00 to $18.00 per hour commensurate with experience. POS offers excellent working conditions, competitive wage and benefit program including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life & disability insurance, 401(k) plan, PTO and paid holidays.
