Job Title: Nurse Manager Location: Anchorage, Alaska We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 52 room assisted living facility in downtown Anchorage, Alaska. Our facility is home to approximately 50 residents, many of whom are Alaska native, and our staff of 40 provides compassionate and professional care to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Supervise resident managers and staff members, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care. Interact with residents and their families to address any concerns, questions or issues. Work with care coordinators and other medical and social services personnel to coordinate care for residents. Collaborate with the business manager to maintain financial stability of the facility. Communicate with maintenance staff to prioritize emergent, urgent and non-urgent maintenance issues. Requirements: Current registered nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse population Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records (EHR) We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
